Transcript is immune to tiling

I haven't quite sorted out what's going on here, but DWM seems completely unaware that the Transcript exists or what to do with it. Hitting Command-W/Alt-W will reliably close some other random window, trying to toggling tiling does nothing, etc. I'll submit a PR if I can figure out what's up
