Renamed github project, loses "history" in coveralls project view.

I recently renamed a github project about a week ago from

https://github.com/mP1/walkingkooka-squares to: https://github.com/mP1/walkingkooka-spreadsheet

Travis has picked up the project under its new name and thats working as expected, so thats good.

However the renamed project now shows up twice in my coveralls repos view, the old name remains with all its builds, and the new project also appears with its build count reset. The graph of code coverage doesnt continue from the "last" old and starts again.

Can you please fix my project, and also add a button to "link" renamed projects.
