making new initrd: /home/trenaz/sid/boot/initrd.img-4.19.0-11-amd64.chroot extracting patching 1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file scripts/local.rej make_chroot_initrd: patch failed !

Was not able to create an initrd for my sid chroot in buster. Also, I cannot find scripts/local.rej
