Support configuration of Bulma modules

This would simply allow users to pick which parts of Bulma they wish to use

This issue is old and not specified clearly enough to really make sense of. I'm not sure we necessarily want to be able to specify which parts of Bulma we want, so I'm gonna close it.

@JonasUJ made the point that Bulma actually officially supports modularity in its documentation, so I'll reopen this.
