Install scripts being placed in root of filesystem

The postinst and postrm scripts are being placed in / when installed on rootful jailbreaks. Package layout structure looks correct, not sure why it's happening. With INSTALL_TARGET_PROCESSES already set to lockdownd, not sure if the postinst is necessary
