make gestures only open links under gesture start point

currently commands like new tab will collect links under the gesture path and open the 1st collected link if there is any. for me this isn't an expected behavior - i expect new tab command to open a link only if the gesture is started on that link. in every other case - to open a blank page. but currently, starting a new tab gesture on empty space and drawing over some link will open that link instead. it can lead to bad accidents
