Change the default 2.* maxversion to 2.41(?)

Converter proposes 2.* maxversion by default, but apparently 2.* is not correct maxversion according to Valid Application Versions at AMO, and you can't pass automatic add-on validation on AMO with 2.* in install.rdf.
