This is my updated alternative version of https://github.com/lemnos/tt/pull/60 that creates the punctuation every 6th word and swaps the smart quote punctuation for standard as I think it was an error...
This adds the `XDG_CONFIG_HOME` directory to the `CONFIG_DIRS`, allowing the `~/.tt/*` directory structure to be moved to `~/.config/tt/*`. See also: https://specifications.freedesktop.org/basedir-spec/latest
