1000en does not appear to be a valid word list

Hello, I am on Windows, and I first built "tt" from the source. When I tried running it, I received the following error: ERROR: 1000en does not appear to be a valid word list. See '-list words' for a list of built-in word lists.

I attempted to use -list words, and it displayed all the built-in words, including 1000en.

Next, I tried downloading "tt" from GitHub releases, but unfortunately, I encountered the same issue. I am not entirely sure if I am missing something, and I would appreciate any assistance.
