Maybe it would be better to add (off by default) switch to provide a regexp instead of just prefix? Some projects (RabbitMQ among them) are using very unusual tag schemes....
Also do we use an API for GitHub? They provide a very nice JSON API. For example: https://api.github.com/repos/rabbitmq/rabbitmq-server/tags
@simontretter see this commit - ab52932c20638491f696e256020ad6a20aad7939. I'm afraid it's time to close this and any other issues as WONTFIX.
Unfortunately Polipo is no longer maintained. See commit 4d42ca1b5849518762d110f34b6ce2e03d6df9ec.
