fix missing key

We have detected and MIC error while sending 7 or 23 bytes (whenever we calculate the MIC of a 16 bytes packet, so header 9 +7 = 16, 9+23 = 32, etc) and I suspect the key_1 is correctly generated, but not exposed outside of _mic_generate_keys
