Add italic to attribute

I recently discovered lem and am tinkering with it right now. I tried adding Italic and Bold-Italic attributes. However, I wonder if :bold-italic should be a different attribute or simply an effect of :bold and :italic both being t. (I am also considering :oblique and :weight as attributes.)

Update: :bold-italic removed. :bold and :italic compounded feels more natural. Working on :oblique and :weight. I am using sdl2 on macOS.

I was just about to suggest implementing this! I usually theme my editor so that comments are italics, so I can visually distinguish them from code better. I'd love for this feature to be added in!
