options to simplify output of listing

the "list" action needs to have arguments to:

• simplify output, so that only note names are printed out
• print a list of tags / books

Those listings will be very useful to implement shell completion

Command line arguments for those options could be explicit only, like so, respectively:

• --only-names : should be possible to combine with filtering arguments
• --list-tags : should be used alone
• --list-books : should be used alone
