Remove react-art from doc & examples

as react-art is no longer used or supported by react-native-web ref:

Hey @lelandrichardson, are you still working on this repo?

If I make a PR will I get it merged?

I'm willing to work on this repo with frequent commits. If it's abandoned, I would make my own fork.
