I cannot get this working according to the README file. There's too many dependency issues to work around with all the updates happening in the JS world. Might be better to include a full package.json or package-lock.json in the repo or have a version lock on the npm install in the README.

Has anyone gotten this working on webpack 4.x.x or recently?
