Dockerfile + docker autobuild
(recreation of #6 with different head branch)
This pr adds a Dockerfile and docker autobuild/autopublish using github actions. I feel like I commented everything pretty well, but if something is not up to spec, feel free to request changes
Do you mind add a docker-compose file? I used to use docker-compose instead of using Docker directly in order to deploy and transfer with a single command docker-compose up -d.

By the way, make sure that the container auto starts when it crash or fail :)
