Improve the overlay UI to handle more information (pages)

Would be useful for showing a comprehensive summary of what's noteworthy in a system. Currently, EDR avoids doing that because the UI doesn't handle lots of info at once, e.g. it has you go to a specific planet to know what's noteworthy about it.
