Bug description

MeetingBar has an incredibly high energy consumption, just sitting idle. This reduces battery life of my Macbook Pro 14" M1 2021 significantly.

Reproduction steps

1. Launch MeetingBar
2. Observe energy consumption in Activity Monitor

Reproduced the issue, although not in that high regard, it sits around 20% every day.
