Feature request: Option to display the room of an event
Google calendar offers to add rooms to events (and this room is then populated into the Mac Calendar).
Add an option to display the room in the MeetingBar
It would be very helpful. I can from my Mac bar see my next meeting, on which visio tool it is (teams, zoom,...) and which room I booked.

Where do you want to see the room? In the menubar? Can you please post a screenshot from your mac calendar with the room to have an example?
Hi yes I would like to have the room displayed in the menubar alongside the meeting name and the time before the meeting begins. (the idea is to be able see directly from the menubar to which room I have to run)

Now that some of us are in-office, it would be great if Meeting Bar showed what meeting room I need to go to
also my meeting room names are annoyingly long where the room name is at the very end "37 ABCDE Street-200-Apollo (22) [Zoom Room]" It would be great if the prefences allowed me to truncate from the front
I think it'd be valuable for this option to be available with some configurable values as well. I personally wouldn't want the room to display in the menu bar, but I would like to see the room underneath each meeting list item within the menu bar dropdown window (assuming the height of each list item would be two-lined, twice as tall)
FWIW, for anyone looking for a quicker solve: you can see the room if you enable the "Details as submenu" option in "Appearance" settings, which gives you a way to show the room if you hover on a meeting within the dropdown:
