全新环境安装v2主程序装不上。

在全新的centos 7安装到v2ray主程序时下载不到主程序，临时文件夹的的v2ray.zip只有1k，实测主程序没有被安装。打开github链接的主程序下载链接是空的，无此文件，请大佬修复一下。

由于 v2ray 官方彻底放弃了https://github.com/v2ray/ 及分支下的各版本主程序文件的提供、并修改了获取文件版本号的api，导致本项目获取的主程序文件版本号有误，并且无法正确下载主程序并安装，给使用该项目的朋友们带来不便，敬请谅解。项目的新地址如下： https://github.com/v2fly/ ，获取主程序最新版本号的api变为：https://api.github.com/repos/v2fly/v2ray-core/releases/latest ，下载地址变量名改为：https://github.com/v2fly/v2ray-core/releases/download/$RELEASE_VERSION/v2ray-linux-$MACHINE.zip ，修正后，本项目可以正常获取新的v2ray主程序版本号，并正常下载并部署v2ray主程序文件。请部署并使用。
