Can't set language to English

Hello Leimo

First thank you for doing this. I was using Wine but it wasn't working. So I installed Docker yesterday, first time but I'm learning. I just did the pull, I didn't create the Dockerfile. I ran the script and although xhost + gave me errors, it ran and worked fine. Using Linux Mint.

What I can't figure out is how to get it to display in English. Not sure if the language pack is loaded when you created the Dockerfile. Is there any way I can get English to work?
