failed to login, the login screen with QR code just stay there

I tried on Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS

same for me on Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS.

For me it updates, I see my avatar and "login success" message but it stays like this a few seconds and reverts to the QR code.
