Idempotent install scripts

If you interrupt some of the install scripts, you can end up in a state that requires manual intervention before you can re-run. Keeping tabs on these here:

install-kubeflow.sh kubectl delete namespace kubeflow && rm -rf /home/multipass/my-kubeflow/
