Import mailbox

This isn't quiiiiiiiiiiiiite right - I'm still getting a few warnings related to failure to extract thread timestamp - but it does now download my mailbox and emit a proper mbox that alpine will happily process.

I won't have a chance to test/look more carefully until later, but one question for now: Is there anything we can do to support emoji and messages in other languages? They've only become popular since I stopped using OkC, but I imagine people use them heavily in messages these days, so it would be great to preserve them.

Yeah, I'll eventually get around to not treating the entire world as ascii.
