revive GCV1-era list of datasource descriptions in instructions page

In late model editions of GCV1, adding special attributes like

to server entries in the config would cause a special block in the entry page to get populated, as can still be seen here: https://gcv-arabidopsis.ncgr.org/gcv1/instructions
