Add an info button for all the icon sets next to the arrow, check, and cross

I think this could be improved a lot by providing more easily accessible information on each pack. This could include a description by the developer, the developer name with a link to their site, and information on the license the icons are released under, among other potential information. A "?" or "i" icon next to each pack's title would be a good way for this to be integrated.
