Extraneous matroska dependency

As far as I understand, most of the changes from https://github.com/legokichi/ts-ebml/pull/42 were merged in but the matroska dependency was left around. I don't believe any code still uses it instead of matroska-schema so it should be removed. That would also then fix https://github.com/legokichi/ts-ebml/issues/40
