Feature Request - In-flight start crash (Error 0x223)

Is your feature request related to a problem or missing feature? Please describe. It would be great if it will be possible to start in an in-flight scenario

Describe the solution you'd like see Space Shuttle or SU-27SK

This is "problematic". The only way to fix this is to detect an in-flight state and then have acconfig "set" everything up properly... which can be tricky to do as not all the things are overridable in jsbsim... really best left to when most systems are considered "done"
