Metals seem to be swapped in 1.18.2-4.5.3

i noticed that using steel would pull you towards a block instead of pushing, and cadmium and bendalloy also appear to be swapped as well. I haven't checked if the rest are swapped, but steel and iron definitely, and also cadmium and bendalloy. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

upon further inspection it would appear that I had the ability of iron, but I was given a steel flake at the start. I still don't know what is going on with bendalloy and cadmium though

upon further further inspection, it would appear that bendalloy and cadmium are just not giving the player speed and slowness respectively, but are giving it to all mobs in the area.

bendalloy had a bug in 1.18, I think. As for the apparent flip, the idea was that giving everything else slowness made it seem like your time was moving faster

That makes sense, but what I am experiencing is everything has slowness when cadmium was burned, and everything got speed when bendalloy was burned. The resulting effect is time appears to be moving faster when bendalloy is burned and slower when cadmium is burned.
