Port for 1.21.3?
So I'm noticing alot of mods arent porting for 1.21.3. i knwo alot of work goes into that process but is there anyway this can be ported to 1.21.3? I would love to have this mod in my server.

In the past I had more time to work on modding, so I worked on it more often. But lately I have little time, and thus I then plan a day to work on it. Between that time multiple versions might have been released for minecraft.
The modding community often has specific versions that will become supported more than other because of this, as many other developers experience the same. For example, 1.21.1 is very supported.
When I do work on it, I look at these versions + latest version of minecraft to update the mod to.
So, in your case 1.21.3, it did not take long for 1.21.4 to release (41 days). So for big mods, they do not want to spend time on a version not many people will be playing. And the smaller mods, will then follow automatically even though it would take less time.
