Ability to choose custom notes both for the HMD and Desktop views/layers

Right now, the mod can only set custom notes just for the HMD view, leaving the Desktop view with the default notes. I'm wanting to use the mod for forcing specific note colors on the HMD, while letting the Desktop view see a different version of the custom notes with custom colors affecting it. Right now, I can only do the former; the desktop view is left with standard notes with the HMD only option enabled.

Looking through the code, I can't quite wrap my head around how it functions and figured I'd make a suggestion while I try to learn how modding (and C#) works lol
