Summary

Notification service are essential to notify any changes of a state of a component/service. Per example It is important to have a service that can provide a notification to our clients when a state of an editor has changed. A service is down or so on..

Current State

Actually, whenever an editor-srv is down, the client is not aware of what is going on. It could be frustrating to work and not knowing that our changes have not been store du to a miss information/notification.
