Add stylelint support

Suggested by @BPScott this could generate a stylelint file as well and use https://github.com/prettier/stylelint-prettier and https://github.com/prettier/stylelint-config-prettier.

I’m not too clued up on stylelint so might be a good issue for someone else? But I can look into it
