Please allow keyboard shortcuts on hover

I'm try to enable hover and archive (with E shortcut) flow but looks like it isn't possible. Same in-convinience with hover and select (space). Is there a way to achieve this.

I believe it would be possible. I think the hard part would be how it interacts with keyboard focus and the reading pane. If you:

1. Hover over a row
2. Press the down key to move keyboard focus
3. Press e to archive

What should get archived? The message with keyboard focus or the message with hover focus? If the mouse hover always wins, it would be easier to add support for hover focus.

Furthermore, if you use any of the split pane views and your mouse happens to be hovered over a message in the list view, should pressing e archive the open message or should it archive the message you hovered over in the list? If hover actions only work when a message is not open, it would be easier to add support for hover focus.

I could try to keep track of what happened last but that could have performance implications.

I would say mouse hover should win and hover actions should only work when message is not open
