File icons messed up after Sublime Text 3 update

My PHP file icons are now appearing as a gear icon instead of the normal elephant icon.

The update was from Build 3083 to Build 3103

Must be an issue with sublime having changed the scope used in the PHP language. You are using the default PHP language, right?

Yup! Just using plain old PHP. Everything else seems alright!
