Can't find run.py?

The run.py hasn't been setup yet after the v0.2 migration. The original run.py can be found under the v0.1 tag but it's a pretty solid assumption that it needs to be rewritten to work with v0.2. Most of the actual tinkering is in hypersearch.py to find hypers and train models that converge and generalize appropriately.
