[Suggestion] Needs to be ported to Android quickly

There is already hmmsim 2 that can convert BVE routes, but the latest phones do not support it. For example, in the case of the latest phone, the Galaxy S24, the CPU code does not support 32-bit, so even if you try to force the installation, the installation will not work. A port to Android is urgently needed.

Whilst a lot of the more recent internal work has this sort of thing in mind (e.g. new PNG decoder, some of the GUI menu work etc.) this is highly unlikely to happen soon.

The major current issue is text / font rendering- This is heavily dependant on the System.Drawing library, which would need to be replaced for mobile platforms.
