[Bug] Abnormal 2DPanel reset when switching fullscreen.

Description

When I switch to fullscreen mode while playing my train collection, the 2DPanel on some trains resets abnormally and I can't move the panel. I have to reset the camera view again to get it back. How can I put it, the exception is similar to disabling the internal view restriction and then resetting the camera view. The difference is that I haven't disabled the internal view limit and can't move the panel.

Reproduction

If the issue occurs in multiple routes/ trains, please provide one or two samples. In order to reproduce the issue and debug it, it's helpful to have the following:
