[suggestion]Submit a release candidate version before the official release

At the timing of we know the information the official release, and we often test it and find bugs. So, we are release of the RC version when before the official release, and identify the bugs. And release the Official vision. If this is difficult, I don't intend to force it, but I thought it would be better to improve the flow of everyone knowing immediately after each release, verifying, and fixing bugs, so I proposed. I hope you will consider it.

Shouldn't be anything new broken in this, there aren't any real new features. Only major change is removing the OriginalXParser, which I've tested with every X object I can find.
