[Request] Loading trains via custom named xml files

The basic requirement is that these custom named xml train files share the same Train.dat and Sound.cfg/xml files.

My train has too many variants with tons of duplicate Sound.cfg and Train.cfg files, which I hate.

Then allow free referencing of train description images to avoid these named XML train files in the root directory sharing the same description image.

In addition, I want to be able to freely reference the Train.dat and Sound.cfg/xml files as in the BVE5 Vehicle.txt file.

Considerations in train composition... The current XML trains are still inseparable from the number of carriages set in the train.dat file, and there are some problems caused by following the index of powered cars. https://github.com/leezer3/OpenBVE/issues/821#issuecomment-1285890417 (motor sound problem has been solved)
