[Bug?] Package manager not respect file visibility status when extracting

Description

When installing any zip addon that some file have been hidden in it the main program will extract it correctly but the hidden status will be removed.

Reproduction

As explained above, both manually ziped or zip from package manager.

NOTE: currently i can not revalidate this bug if still occur in latest build, too busy IRL 😅
