[Request] Even the AI drive mode, want to door open/close manually.

Description

A Japanese user suggested to me. To simulate the rear train guard's door open/close, driving is need to automatic. But, when the AI mode enable, the door open/close is also automatic. So, if we can disalbe automatic door open/close, rear train guard's door open/close can simulate. Please consider to add this option.

(I think parhaps that this is add to mainmenu's option item)
