[Suggestion] change the openbve icon to new logo at main menu

Hello

I realize the openbve icon in all executeable got blurry when i create shortcut on desktop, i think its not because my screen resolution because other app like gimp, blender the icon is very clear.

So i suggest using higher res icon or use the logo in main menu as alternative, because i think the logo in main menu have a flat color that maybe can make the icon looks more clear.
