Inconsistent file casing in azure release builds

Azure release builds has the setup executable under the name openBVE-x.x.x.x-setup.exe while all other files uses OpenBVE. This introduces a bit of inconsistency.

Good point.

That was the original casing of the name, and it got tweaked after a discussion with the Japanese community. Might well be in the naming discussion issue IIRC.

Doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things, but will try and tweak.
