Fog doesn't take account of the camera offset
Description
Enter free camera mode (F2), and move out of a reigon of fog. The fog does not vanish, as fog distances are calculated using the camera track follower & fog events.
This is likely to be difficult to deal with.
Possibly able to add some sort of offset to the camera track follower position (as we have a strictly linear world, we can assume that the camera is moving within it??_
