[Suggestion] Add icons to CarXmlConvertor, ObjectBender and Win32PluginProxy apps + Update all the 10 icons (with my icon; if it might be allowed)

As it was written in the title. Unfortunately, 3 out of the 10 apps have no icons, so far. You can see it below:

In 2019, I created a logo for OpenBVE (for my personal use) - png extension, 484px x 484px :

In the same month of 2019, I also created an icon for OpenBVE (ico extension, 128px x 128px). Unfortunately, I could not able to upload this file here (ico file type is not supported).

Is it possible to give icons to the 3 apps that have no icons yet? ...and what do you think about the icon update?
