Requirement is to have GPT-OSS ONNX Models available on Hugging Face as at present there are no ONNX models only GGUF and MLX.

Using Phi-4-mini-reasoning with Foundry Local (ONNX) Model seem to provide poor response. Validated using Asus VivoBook S15 Hardware  Response results Examples
