Remove c4bot and chat bots category

Added back in #261

The bot has stopped working over the years and I've stopped maintaining it. Since there's no other item in the category, I also removed it

Thank you! But I just removed the broken link from here https://github.com/OpenSourceVideoGames/list but left the link to your repo. I think it's more about the open code itself than playable games. ;)
