Create Plugins Folder For Demos

Should do this before working on plugins so that we can branch from there.

I probably won't get around to starting work until Saturday at the earliest, but maybe @leeoniya you could do this one where it makes sense in the meantime?

If not it's the first thing on the todo list for me later.
