How to switch to gpu vulkan?

I installed vulkan on termux android. I ran a test and it said vulkan device detected 1 but it still use cpu,btw how do I use gguf I downloaded a gguf from huggingface sd3.5 medium but it said can't find sd version from model. I haven't used sd.ccp in a while so I forgot some things
